FAQs — Answers at hand

Can I try the plugins before buying?
Yes. Every plugin comes with a 7-day trial so you can actually use it in your own sessions before deciding. No guessing from demos and screenshots.
What happens after I buy a plugin?
Once payment is complete, the plugin is added to your VTEK account along with the installer and your licence information. It stays there, so you don’t have to go hunting through old emails later.
Where do I download my plugins?
Sign in to your account and head to Downloads. Your available installers will be there whenever you need them.
Do I need an account to buy or start a trial?
Yes. It keeps everything in one place—your trials, purchases, downloads and licences. When you come back later, everything is still where it should be.
Which plugin formats are supported?
Supported formats are listed on each product page. We’d rather show you exactly what that plugin supports than give you one blanket answer that may not apply to everything.
Which operating systems are supported?
You’ll find the current system requirements on each product page. Have a look before installing, especially if you’re running an older OS or machine.
Can I reinstall a plugin on another computer?
Yes. Your installers stay in your VTEK account. Each account can use up to 3 computers, and you can move one to a new machine yourself every 12 months.
Do I get updates after purchasing?
Yes. If we update a plugin you own, the latest available version will be accessible through your account. If something is a separate major upgrade, we’ll make that clear too.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs on Paystack, our secure payment partner. Pay by card or any other option Paystack shows you at checkout. You’re charged in the currency shown in the Shop. Bitcoin is also accepted.
Something isn’t working. How do I get help?
Send us a message through Contact with your system, DAW and a quick description of what’s happening. The more useful detail you give us, the quicker we can get to the actual problem.
