These terms explain the rules for using the VTEK THE AUDIO website, buying our plug-ins and using our software and services.

Acceptance of terms
By using the VTEK THE AUDIO website, creating an account, or buying, downloading or using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our products.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Purchases & payments
Prices are shown at checkout and may change before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and a purchase is complete once payment is confirmed and your licence is issued. Taxes may be added where they apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment method.
Licence to use our software
When you buy a plug-in, VTEK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on up to 3 computers per account, as shown in your account, for personal and commercial music production. You can move an activation to a new computer yourself once every 12 months; contact us if you need more. The music you make with our plug-ins is yours. Trial versions may be used only to evaluate the product during the trial period.
Restrictions
You may not copy, share, resell, rent or sublicense our software or licence keys, or use them on more computers than your licence allows. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or remove protections from the software, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law expressly allows it.
Downloads, updates & support
Your purchases are available to download from your account. We may release updates and fixes and will try to keep the software working on supported systems, but we do not promise it will run on every computer, host or operating system. Support is available through the Contact page.
Refunds
Every plug-in comes with a free 7-day trial so you can try it before you buy. Because of this, purchases are generally final once your licence is issued. If a technical problem stops the software working and we cannot fix it, or where the law gives you the right to a refund, contact us and we will help.
Intellectual property
All software, sound design, artwork, text, logos and other content on this website belong to VTEK THE AUDIO or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them to you.
Disclaimers & liability
The website and software are provided “as is”. We take care to make them reliable, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you use them at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, VTEK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Termination
We may suspend or end your account or licence if you break these Terms, for example by sharing licence keys or making fraudulent payments. You may stop using the software and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
